To confirm your grooming appointment with Meow to Wow, a deposit of £25 is required within 24 hours of booking. We offer convenient payment options through Bank Transfer, with details provided upon booking. This deposit secures your appointment slot and is refundable, or can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice before your appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged at the full grooming appointment fee, with the £25 deposit deducted from the amount payable. Sharon may use her discretion in exceptional circumstances.
